The Role

In your capacity as a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every aspect of our jobsite platform is designed with the user in mind. Key Responsibilities

• User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions, ensuring our platform meets and exceeds user expectations.

• Design Development: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and enhancements, focusing on optimizing user flows and interactions.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to ensure designs are translated into functional user interfaces, maintaining design integrity throughout the development process.

• Design System Management: Develop and maintain a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency across the platform while accommodating flexibility for future scalability.

• User Feedback Integration: Incorporate user feedback and performance data into design iterations, continuously refining the user experience based on actual user interactions.

• Accessibility and Inclusivity: Ensure that all designs meet accessibility standards and cater to a diverse user base, promoting inclusivity across the platform.

• Cross-functional: Working and collaborating closely with other departments and projects as needed to ensure all tasks are delivered efficiently and effectively, enhancing overall productivity and project success.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on web and/or mobile platforms.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision).

• A solid understanding of user-centered design principles, with the ability to translate user needs and behaviors into effective design solutions.

• Experience conducting user research and usability testing, with a knack for turning insights into actionable design improvements.

• Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus, enabling effective communication with the development team.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
