The role of Compliance Executive is to ensure that the organisation adheres to established policies, procedures, and quality standards. This role requires a multi-disciplinary professional with strong expertise in quality control, project functions, and compliance management, alongside a disciplined and detail-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with excellent organisational and leadership skills.
Compliance Monitoring: Conduct regular monitoring & evaluate to ensure all operations adhere to company SOPs and industry regulations.
Process Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes, recommend improvements, and oversee the implementation of compliance-related changes.
Project Function: Manage compliance aspects of projects, monitor the project team all deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to enforce compliance and foster collaboration across various departments.
Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control measures, ensuring high standards are consistently maintained.
Training & Mentorship: Providing guidance and training to staff on compliance, quality practices, SOP policies implementation.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities and provide regular reports to management on compliance status and initiatives.
Industry Insights: Stay informed about changes in regulations, best practices, and industry standards to adapt strategies and maintain compliance excellence.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA). A Master's in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.
Preference for candidates from top-tier universities with a strong academic record, ideally graduating with First-Class Honours or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in consulting, project management and operations.
Strong understanding of quality control, SOP implementation, and compliance practices.
Excellent organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address compliance gaps.
Proven track record of working across multi-disciplinary teams and environments.
Strong communication and leadership skills to promote a culture of accountability and excellence.
