Overview

The role of Compliance Executive is to ensure that the organisation adheres to established policies, procedures, and quality standards. This role requires a multi-disciplinary professional with strong expertise in quality control, project functions, and compliance management, alongside a disciplined and detail-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with excellent organisational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities (Included but not limited to):

  • Compliance Monitoring: Conduct regular monitoring & evaluate to ensure all operations adhere to company SOPs and industry regulations.

  • Process Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes, recommend improvements, and oversee the implementation of compliance-related changes.

  • Project Function: Manage compliance aspects of projects, monitor the project team all deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to enforce compliance and foster collaboration across various departments.

  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control measures, ensuring high standards are consistently maintained.

  • Training & Mentorship: Providing guidance and training to staff on compliance, quality practices, SOP policies implementation.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities and provide regular reports to management on compliance status and initiatives.

  • Industry Insights: Stay informed about changes in regulations, best practices, and industry standards to adapt strategies and maintain compliance excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA). A Master's in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.

  • Preference for candidates from top-tier universities with a strong academic record, ideally graduating with First-Class Honours or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in consulting, project management and operations.

  • Strong understanding of quality control, SOP implementation, and compliance practices.

  • Excellent organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address compliance gaps.

  • Proven track record of working across multi-disciplinary teams and environments.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills to promote a culture of accountability and excellence.
