The Project Management Intern is responsible for supporting project division operations at all aspects. The role requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and organisational skills. Support Project Planning: Assist in the development of project plans, including defining project objectives, timelines, and resources required.
Conduct Research: Conduct research and gather relevant data to support project initiatives, such as market research, competitor analysis, or customer feedback.
Assist with Project Coordination: Provide support in coordinating project activities, such as scheduling meetings, organising project documentation, and tracking project progress.
Documentation: Assist in documenting project activities, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and project updates.
Assist in Project Execution: Assist in executing project tasks as assigned, which may include data analysis, preparing project materials, or assisting with project-related events. Assisting in event planning and coordination, researching venues, vendors, and suppliers. Managing event logistics, including budgeting, scheduling, and timelines.
Support Project Monitoring and Control: Help monitor project progress against established milestones and timelines, and contribute to identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise during the project.
Provide Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the project team, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising project-related documents. Assisting with post-event evaluation and analysis.
Pursuing a degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field. Relevant coursework or certifications in event planning can be advantageous.
Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members, clients, and vendors.
Attention to detail and ability to work with precision in planning and execution.
Proficiency in computer applications such as spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation software.
