We are searching for a dynamic and creative Marketing & Communications Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for marketing strategy, brand development, and creative storytelling. As a Marketing & Branding Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and promoting our brand image, ensuring a compelling and consistent presence across various channels.

Key Responsibilities (included but not limited to):

  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across online and offline channels. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and targeted campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and persuasive content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials. Craft narratives that resonate with the target audience.
  • Visual Identity: Oversee the visual elements of the brand, including design elements, logos, and promotional materials. Ensure a consistent and visually appealing brand identity.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes. Use insights to inform branding and marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and design, to ensure cohesive and integrated brand messaging. Foster a collaborative environment to drive brand success.
  • Event Marketing: Coordinate and execute marketing activities for events, product launches, and promotions. Ensure that the brand message is effectively communicated to the target audience.
  • Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing and branding initiatives. Utilize data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing and branding roles.
