Responsibilities (Included but not limited to):

• Resources Management: Assist in maintaining IT systems, including servers, networks, and software applications, while monitoring performance and troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth operations.

• Technical Support: Provide support to end-users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving technical problems, and assisting with IT-related queries.

• Software and Hardware Management: Help install, configure, and maintain software applications, operating systems, and hardware devices, including performing updates and patches.

• Software Compliance for Project Support: Ensure that software used by project teams complies with licenses and standards, conducting regular audits to align software capabilities with project needs.

• Project Collaboration: Work with project teams to optimise digital workflows and support platforms like HubSpot, WordPress, and Instapage, ensuring the technical flow of projects and seamless integration of IT solutions.

• Documentation: Assist in maintaining accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and troubleshooting guides, and generate reports for management review.

• User Training: Provide guidance to end-users on IT systems and applications to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.

• Quality Assurance: Support domain registration, configurations, and mobile optimisation efforts to ensure a strong online presence and seamless user experiences across devices.

• Communication Channel Support: Assist in managing email workspaces and other communication tools to enhance team productivity during project lifecycles.

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support website modifications.
