Job Summary:

We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering excellent HR services and support to join our HR team. As an Executive - Human Resources, you will play a key role in employee data management, organizational development, performance review processes, and learning & development (L&D) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities (Included but not limited to):

Employee Data Management:

  • Maintain and update employee information in the HR system, ensuring accurate and timely records.

  • Manage and organize employee personal files with proper record-keeping practices.

Organisational Development:

  • Update and maintain the organization chart, ensuring it reflects accurate reporting lines and organizational structures.

  • Support organizational development initiatives to enhance workplace efficiency and employee engagement.

Performance Management:

  • Assist in coordinating and facilitating the performance review process, including goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end evaluations.

  • Ensure timely submission and documentation of performance appraisals and follow up on development plans.

Learning & Development (L&D):

  • Support the planning and execution of L&D programs, workshops, and training sessions.

  • Maintain records of employee training and development activities.

  • Collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps and training needs.

Employee Benefits Administration:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including leave, insurance, and other perks.

  • Provide guidance and support to employees on benefits-related inquiries.

Policy and Compliance:

  • Assist in the development, review, and communication of HR policies and procedures.

  • Support activities related to compliance audits, institutional surveys, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Human Resources or related role.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.

  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • A proactive team player with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
