Key Responsibilities (included but not limited to):

  • Recruitment Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with the organisation's goals and workforce planning needs. Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements and priorities.
  • Sourcing and Attraction: Utilise various channels, including online job portals, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Screening and Assessment: Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and evaluations to determine candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Offer Management and Negotiation: Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to ensure competitive and fair compensation packages.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Foster relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals to create a network for talent acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources is essential.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment technologies.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and a willingness to challenge the status quo and explore new ideas and technologies.
