Job Description:

The Graphic Designer Intern will assist the design team in creating engaging and on-brand graphics for various media. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a budding graphic designer to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Design Projects: Assist in creating visual content for various platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and print materials. Ensure designs align with company brand guidelines and project requirements.

  • Graphic Creation: Use graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts. Ensure consistency in style and branding across all designs.

  • Digital Content: Assist in designing digital assets such as banners, infographics, and social media graphics. Adapt designs for various digital platforms, ensuring optimal performance and engagement.

  • Project Management: Assist in managing design projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project deadlines. Coordinate with other team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to understand design needs and deliver effective visual solutions. Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions.

  • Tools and Software: Gain proficiency in using graphic design tools and software. Explore new tools and techniques to enhance design skills and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communications or any design related fields.

  • Demonstrate good knowledge in design principles and familiar with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills (academic or personal projects acceptable).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members, clients, and vendors.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work with precision in planning and execution.

  • Creativity and problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected challenges.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with diverse individuals.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle dynamic change and work under pressure.
