The Data Analyst Intern will assist in collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to support business decisions and enhance operational efficiency. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analysis, visualisation, and reporting in a dynamic work environment. Responsibilities (Included but not limited to):

Collect, clean, and organise data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assist in analysing datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making.
Create and maintain dashboards and visualisations using tools such as Power BI and Excel.
Support the preparation of reports and presentations to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and generating insights for improvement.
Perform basic statistical analysis and provide actionable recommendations based on data findings.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g. SQL).
Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Excel and Google Looker Studio or similar software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to organise and interpret data effectively.
Good communication skills to present data insights clearly and concisely.

Analysis and Visualisation

You will be responsible for analysing data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights, while creating clear and impactful visualisations using tools like Excel, Power BI. Your work will transform complex data into easy-to-understand visuals to support informed decision-making and business strategies.

Reporting

You will be responsible for generating regular reports that summarise key findings, insights, and trends from the data analysis. These reports will be designed to communicate the results effectively to stakeholders and support data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
