The Conference Producer is responsible for the end-to-end planning, research, and execution of high-impact conferences and summits. This role involves developing compelling conference agendas, securing top-tier speakers, and ensuring smooth event delivery. The ideal candidate possesses strong research, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills to produce successful and impactful conferences.
Develop innovative and high-value conference themes, topics, and session formats.
Identify, invite, and secure industry-leading speakers, moderators, and panelists.
Project & Event Management
Develop and manage conference timelines, milestones, and budgets.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure seamless event execution.
Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, AV requirements, and on-site coordination.
Speaker & Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, industry experts, and thought leaders.
Liaise with speakers to ensure they are well-prepared and briefed for their sessions.
Work closely with sponsors and partners to align their objectives with conference content.
Marketing & Sales Support
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies, content, and campaigns.
Assist the sales team in crafting sponsorship and partnership opportunities.
Provide insights into target audiences to drive attendance and engagement.
Onsite & Post-Event Management
Oversee the smooth execution of the conference, ensuring a high-quality delegate experience.
Gather feedback and performance metrics to analyze event success and areas for improvement.
Provide post-event reports, including attendee feedback, revenue analysis, and future recommendations.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in conference production, event management, or content development.
Strong research and analytical skills to develop compelling conference content.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects.
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
