Job Summary

As an Award Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of award programs. This role provides hands-on experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and event coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about the award production process.

Key Responsibilities (included but not limited to)

  • Project Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing award programs, ensuring smooth execution.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Support communication with clients, sponsors, and participants to ensure seamless engagement.

  • Research & Documentation: Conduct research, prepare reports, and maintain project documentation.

  • Logistics & Event Support: Assist in event planning, including scheduling, venue coordination, and on-site execution.

  • Marketing & Outreach: Help in promoting award programs through digital and offline channels.

  • Quality Control: Ensure deliverables meet required standards and deadlines.

  • Administrative Support: Handle data entry, emails, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

  • Passion for event planning, project management, or the awards industry.
